QUEER + BLACK is an exploration of identity, both personal and political, it is a deft combination of sharp hooks and splintering beats beamed in from a club in 3021 AD.

The EP is a fierce opening statement from an artist that manages to interrogate sexuality (“Sticky”), society (“Fuck Ur Landlord”) and race (“Black”) all within the space of 5 exhilarating tracks. It’s a bold introduction from an artist with even more to say.

Grove is a Bristol-based vocalist, producer and DJ. Their music combines ‘feminine’ and ‘masculine’ energies that reside within them as a genderqueer individual, filtering them through an innovative, sensuous & rave-inspired sound.
